Grounding With Horses

Service Description

This is a great way to start and finish the day as our bodies carry a charge, there are benifits in grounding to the earth and Nature. Horses increase the intesity with their preasence. The grounding can take place after our hill walk exercise which is for a medium fit person, or can be for people with no fitness. There is some visulisation and breath work involved.
